Emergency First Aid & CPR
Emergency first aid training is typically recommended for individuals who may need to respond to emergency situations in the workplace or community, but who do not require the comprehensive training provided by standard first aid. Emergency first aid is designed to provide individuals with the basic knowledge and skills needed to respond to common emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, and choking incidents.

CPR
CPR-A: Have you taken your required workplace CPR-C but now need First Aid? This CPR-A course combined with First Aid is ideal for you. With a quick refresher on CPR, you leave this class with the credentials you need in all workplaces (where CPR-C is taken separately), or are you a stay-at-home parent, a caregiver, an older sibling, or a babysitter? And if you want to know what to do in an emergency, then this course is for you.
CPR-C: This course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including responding to breathing, airway and circulation emergencies for adults, children and infants. This course is ideal for people who want to be prepared for the unexpected.
BLS (HCP): Our BLS program builds on the fundamentals of CPR level C, providing participants with the specific skills and applications required for healthcare positions. This includes 2-person rescuer techniques, oxygen administration, pulse checking, working in a team, CPR for adults, children, and infants, defibrillation, choking, and responding to heart attacks and strokes.
